Terms of use

Last updated August 28, 2026

These terms govern your access to and use of MailTooth. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep private credentials secure. Form Protection site keys are public by design; you are responsible for their origin allowlists and revoking retired or abused integrations. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and credentials.

Permitted use

You may use MailTooth only for lawful purposes and only for data you are authorized to process. You must follow applicable privacy, anti-spam, marketing, and data-protection requirements.

You may not abuse the service, evade rate limits, interfere with its operation, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, resell access without authorization, or use verification results to facilitate unlawful messaging.

Verification results

Email systems change and some providers limit verification. Results describe evidence available at the time of a request and do not guarantee future delivery, inbox placement, recipient identity, or engagement.

Form Protection is a browser-side data-quality and abuse layer. It does not replace server-side validation, authorization, rate limiting, fraud controls, consent, or double opt-in, and it must not be used as the sole control for a payment or privileged action.

Credits and payments

Verification requests consume credits according to the selected depth. Purchased credits do not expire under the pricing terms shown at purchase. Inconclusive outcomes are handled according to the refund policy displayed in the product. Fees already paid are otherwise non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

Availability and suspension

We may change, maintain, or discontinue parts of the service. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect MailTooth, comply with law, address non-payment, or respond to a violation of these terms.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, MailTooth is provided without warranties not expressly stated here. You remain responsible for sending decisions and for how you use verification results.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will revise the date above when we do. Questions can be sent to hq@mailtooth.com.
